• Registration opens April 1st each year.

• Registration closes on the last Friday of June.  

• Quilts must be delivered to our drop-off point on the Wednesday before the show.

Quilters, would you like to offer your smaller items for sale in our boutique? 

• All items entered in the boutique for sale must be handmade, using fabric in some part, and presented for sale by the maker.
  
  
• Price tags must be obtained before the last Friday in July. 
  
  
• Boutique items are dropped off at the same location as the quilts, on the Wednesday before the show from 9am to 3pm. 
  
  
• Due to space restrictions, the EMQS boutique has a limit of 25 items per person. 

Boutique Procedures!

We at EMQS love our food and retail vendors.  Applications are due on the first Wednesday of July.

• Retail vendors will be located on the lawn of the Historical Village.
• Food vendors will be located on the pavement surrounding the Historical Village lawn. 
• Optional vending locations at Memorial Park are also available.
• Electricity can be purchased for an additional fee.
